Official Language
The official language of the congress will be English. There will be no simultaneous translation provided.

Passport and Visa
Please check with Indonesian Embassy in your country whether visa is required to entry Indonesia. If yes, please inform us immediately so we can send you the invitation and visa application letter. Participants from eight countries and two region will NOT need visa at all: Brunei, Chile, Malaysia, Morocco, Peru, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong and Macao. Visas on arrival facility will last only for 30 days but can be extended, this visas on arrival can be obtained by 20 countries: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Britain, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, the United States and the United Arab Emirates.

Audio Visual for speakers
In focus / LCD, Slide projector, Over Head Projector are available for plenary, symposia and free paper sessions. If you need Video / VCD / DVD player, please inform the committee one month prior to the congress.

Exhibition
The committee will organize an exhibition in conjunction with the congress, featuring the latest pharmaceutical, instrumentations and medical equipment for clinical management and research. Companies interested in participating in the exhibition may request for details from the congress secretariat.

Letter of Invitation
The organizing committee will send a letter of invitation upon request. This invitation is intended to facilitate participants' travel and visa arrangement and do not imply any commitment of financial or other support by the organizing committee.
Please include your name, address, and a note requesting a letter of invitation.

Liability and Disclaimer
The Organizing Committee shall not be held liable for personal accidents, illness, losses
or damage to private property of registered delegates of the congress, during and after the event.
Participant is financially responsible for any damage sustained to venue fittings, property or equipment.
Participants should make their own arrangement with respect to personal insurance.

ABSTRACT
Abstract must be submitted through the handsymp@pharma-pro.com, or by mail to the secretariat symposium.
Format the text in accordance with the instruction below :
1. Abstract must be typed single spacing, Times New Roman font in 10-point only. Abstract text must be
    single-spaced, and justified at the left margin only. Do not leave blank lines between paragraphs. Do not indent
2. Abstract title should appear in bold. Do not indent. Title should be concise and indicate the content of the abstract.
3. Use first initial followed by last name. Omit degrees. For paper submissions, place an asterisk (*) after the
    name of the author presenting the paper. On a separate line, type as succinctly as possible the names of
    institutions and countries.
4. Leave one blank line between the title/author block and the abstract text. The abstract text should include
    background, methods, results and conclusion.
5. Each abstract may contain up to max 1,800 characters, including title, author's name, affiliation and the abstract
    text (spaces are not counted)
6. Use italics only when appropriate (e.g., for names of genus and species). Simple table and graphs (neat and in black
    ink) may be included.
7. Resubmission of a corrected or change abstract will not be accepted.
8. Deadline for abstract will not be exceeded of 1 June 2004.
9. Each abstract must be submitted in electronic form as MS WORD for Window (98 or 2000, or any previous version)

HOTEL RESERVATION
Hotel assignment will be made on a "FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS". If a certain hotel have been booked out. The OC has the right to allocate in another hotel with a similar standard. Applications for hotel reservation should be made on the Hotel Reservation Form through the SECRETARIAT SYMPOSIUM and One night deposit is required and should be paid before 1 September 2004

CANCELLATION OF HOTEL RESERVATION
1. Written cancellation notice is required
2. Cancellation must be received before 1 September 2004
3. No refund will be allowed thereafter
